What better time than spring to bloom and grow and invigorate your wellbeing with a new health routine? Focus on a gentle spring clean to purify the body, mind, and spirit by reducing toxins and overload. Below I share with you four ways you can do just that.

Four ways to invigorate your wellbeing with a new health routine

  1. Sweat it out. Have a sauna or go into a steam room to release toxins and relax before the start of a new season. Can’t get to a sauna or steam room? Here’s an alternative you go do right at home. Run a hot bath and add some Epsom salt, baking soda, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil such as lavender or bergamot. This combination will help draw out toxins and reduce stress.
  2. Shake up your routine. Include 30 minutes of physical activity every day such as walking, dancing, yoga,- anything that gets you up,  moving, and working your body will both revitalize and calm you. Remember suggestion number one to sweat it out…physical activity is a great way to work up a natural sweat.
  3. Take more breaks. Give yourself five-minute pauses throughout the day to shake up your perspective. Get up from your desk, stretch, walk around a bit or just close your eyes and meditate for five minutes. Consider scheduling an Angel Energy Healing session once a week to help reduce stress even more and clear, cleanse and realign your chakra system.
  4. Help purify your liver by eating plenty of the following foods: avocado, lemon, turmeric, grapefruit (please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medications to make sure there are no interactions with grapefruit before eating), and beetroot. A healthful tip I learned from studying with Dr. Elson Haas is to squeeze the juice of half a lemon in my glass of water every day.
